Hey y’all!

For those of you who saw me running around like a loon this past Saturday morning gathering products for our giveaway basket… just know I was thriving solely on coffee and good vibes. 😂☕️

First, a HUGE thank you to everyone who has offered to donate something for the giveaway! We are so excited about this and really appreciate you helping us make it happen.

For those who aren’t sure what’s going down, here are the details:

Saturday, September 26th — Eastmark Scavenger Hunt Giveaway

We will have scavenger hunt cards available for guests at the information booth. Each card will have a list of a few participating vendors.

To be entered into the giveaway, guests will need to visit each vendor listed on their card and chat with them. Once they stop by your booth, you’ll sign off on their card.

We’ll also be giving guests extra entries for following the participating vendors on social media, giving everyone an extra opportunity to gain some new followers and exposure.

The prize will be an Eastmark tote bag filled with goodies donated by our amazing vendors! How many totes we have will be determined by how many vendors choose to participate. So there may be multiple winners. 🛍️🎁

If you still wish to participate in the giveaway and have your business included on the guests’ scavenger hunt cards, we need this submission by September 23rd.

The hunt is this Saturday the 26th, but the basket will be gifted the following weekend, October 3rd. All donations will be collected the morning of October 3rd before the market opens. If your donation is perishable and you are not scheduled to be at the October 3 market, you will need to make arrangements to get the fresh item to us that morning. If you are unable to do that, please do not sign up to participate in the giveaway.

We will draw our winner(s) before the October 3rd market, and they will need to come to the market that day to pick up their prize.

We really think this is going to be a fun way to get shoppers moving around the entire market, introduce them to vendors they may not have visited before, and create some extra exposure for both the market and all of you.

AND… the best part: FOX 10 will be at Eastmark on Saturday, September 26th! 🎥

So we’re hoping this gives us even more eyes on the market, our vendors, and this fun little giveaway than we originally planned!
