When is the market held?

The Eastmark Farmers Market is held every Saturday from 8 AM to 12 PM at the Eastmark Great Park, located at 5100 S Eastmark Parkway, Mesa, AZ 85212, right next to the Gateway Library.

How Do I become a vendor?

Please fill out our vendor application form. Applications are reviewed regularly. We look for vendors who bring something unique and align with our mission.

What is the Market fee?

We are offering an introductory rate of $35 per 10x10 booth or food truck/trailer. Fees will be reevaluated in March 2026.

Do Vendors need insurance or permits?

Yes, all vendors are required to carry general liability insurance and proper health permits if serving food. Specific requirements are listed in our vendor Rules & Regulations.

What types of vendors are you accepting?

The Eastmark Farmers Market is a food-focused market, as designated by the City of Mesa. We aim to maintain roughly a 70/30 balance between food and artisan vendors, with food-related businesses making up the majority of the market.

We welcome craft and artisan vendors on a rotating basis to allow opportunities for a variety of makers throughout the season. Participation may vary depending on the number of applicants and seasonal space availability.

What size are vendor spaces?

Spaces are 10x10. Double/triple spaces may be available upon request and availability.

Can I choose my booth location?

No. Booth locations are assigned by the management team each week based on product type, layout and logistics.

Are tables, tents or weights provided?

No. Vendors must provide their own tents (preferably white), tables, chairs, displays, and weights. All tents must be securely weighted for safety.

Is electricity available?

No electricity is provided on site. If you plan on bringing your own quiet generator or power setup, it must be requested in advance and approved by the Market Manager to ensure safety and compliance with market guidelines.

Is water available?

No. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own water supply and for proper removal of grey water off site.

Do vendors have exclusivity for their products?

We do not offer product exclusivity. We make every effort to maintain a balanced variety of vendors. Our goal is to ensure that each vendor has the best opportunity for success while offering customers a diverse and enjoyable shopping experience.
